About CPEP
Welcome to Joshua Zucker's Thesis Portfolio!
Worcester Apartments is a mixed-use building complex consisting of a 12 story tower, a 20 story tower, and a parking garage. Both towers feature shops on the first few floors with luxury living spaces above them. Construction started in October 2013 and was completed by October 2015.
Throughout the Fall 2016 and Spring 2017 semesters, I will be exploring and analyzing the existing structure and accompanying systems. In addition to this, I will be proposing a structural redesign of the 20 story tower based upon my findings from my preliminary research. New updates will be posted as I complete each task.
